Disciples
Jesus commanded the church to "go into all the world and make disciples." 
We hold ourselves accountable by counting baptisms.

Leaders
The scripture says, "if a man's gift is leadership, let him govern diligently."  We recruit, train, coach and deploy church planters, who train as many leaders as there are ministry descriptions, including worship, teaching, helping, serving, children, music, technology, arts, and more. 

Churches
Our typical church plant gains 40%-50% of its attendance from unchurched people.  New churches are needed to replace those that close.  They are needed to reach the growing population and people groups.  They are needed to present the gospel in fresh new ways in many new geographic places.  Simply stated, they are needed as the base for the expansion of the Kingdom of God on earth.

Churches Planting Churches
Our churches cooperate to plant new churches. Several churches partner with a church planter in their area for salary support, sometimes giving away members, and assisting with outreach events.  We have a network of parent churches and training churches to link with church planters and church planting residencies. We work in urban, metro, city, rural, multi-ethnic, and people groups.  These are exciting partnerships.
